            Bug ID: 241620
Summary: [macOS] Choosing date in an empty datetime-local input
should zero out the seconds and milliseconds
           Product: WebKit
           Version: Other
          Hardware: Unspecified
                OS: Unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Forms
          Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
          Reporter: akeerthi at apple.com
                CC: cdumez at apple.com, wenson_hsieh at apple.com

Right now, it shows the current second / millisecond value using system time. This doesn't look that great.

data:text/html,<input type="datetime-local" value="" step="0.5"/>
