            Bug ID: 241319
Summary: Favicon caching can be used to track users
           Product: WebKit
           Version: Safari 15
          Hardware: Unspecified
                OS: Unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: New Bugs
          Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
          Reporter: arthuredelstein at gmail.com

Cached favicons hosted on a third-party domain can be used to track users across first parties. If a third-party favicon has already been fetched and cached under first party A.com, then it won't be loaded over the network when the user visits B.com.
