I changed the test case into following JSfiddle and updated URL to HTTPS:

Upon "hovering" on anchor <a> tag, Safari 15.6 on macOS 12.5 do show following:

Move by client(x,y)A (Referrenced - it is show "A" for anchor)

It is now correctly reflecting "A" when hovered on "Webkit" link and it is matching with all other browsers (Chrome Canary 106 and Firefox Nightly 105). Since it is now working as intended. Can this be marked as "RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED". Thanks!
