I get following results across browsers:

*** Safari 15.6 on macOS 12.5 ***

Load Time - 0 (for some reason, it does not change)
Transform to HTML (after clicking button) - it is 35 to 31 range

*** Chrome Canary 106 ***

Load Time - 0 (for some reason, it does not change)
Transform to HTML (after clicking button) - it is 35 to 31 range

*** Firefox Nightly 105 ***

Load Time - 12
Transform to HTML (after clicking button) - 1 or 2
