I am unable to reproduce this bug in Safari 15.6 on macOS 12.5 and as expected, third column is empty and it matches with all other browsers (Chrome Canary 106 and Firefox Nightly 104). I updated test case to remove -webkit- prefixes since it was not working with Firefox by default and here it is updated JSFiddle:
