Safari 15.6 matches with other browsers

I am unable to reproduce this bug in Safari 15.6 on macOS 12.5 and as it can be seen from attached screenshot, it is same across all browsers (unless if this test case is no longer applicable - I don't see any mixed content or vendor prefixes in CSS). I think this can be considered as "RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED" or "RESOLVED INVALID". Thanks!
