Based on Mozilla bug (inside URL) - there are five test cases and results across all browsers are as follow (only where there is any difference):

Test Case 1 - URL - https://bug376027.bmoattachments.org/attachment.cgi?id=593731

*** Safari 15.5 on macOS 12.4 ***

Shows "blue boxes" pattern inside a box / square

*** Chrome Canary 105 ***

Shows "blue boxes" pattern inside a box / square

*** Firefox Nightly 104 ***

Does not show any "blue boxes" pattern inside a box / square and just display it as empty

I am not sure on web-spec behavior and how it should behave but just wanted to upload all test results across browsers as of today. Thanks!
