I am able to reproduce this bug in Safari 15.5 on macOS 12.4 using attached test case and first circle is wobbly as shown in the attached video as reference as well. All other browsers (Chrome Canary 105 and Firefox Nightly 104) render it fine and the first circle is not wobbly in them. If I am testing it incorrectly, please retest accordingly. Thanks!
