Create database migration for adding pr_id and pr_project fields (in ews django app database). The corresponding change was done in  252284 at main (https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=242351), but not yet deployed in production as this database migration is required for that. This migration was used on uat instance.
