I am able to reproduce this bug in Safari 16.2 and as mentioned upon zooming and reloading, it changes from 0,0.

Just to note - this was removed from Blink in 2014 via following commit - https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/blink/+/44066fb57b0cdfe678d0373d0c8b638669eae558

Should we proceed with similar in different bug? Thanks!
