We don't have reduction or test case to reproduce this issue and WebKit / Safari along with Facebook has evolved since 2009 and now have better standards to follow and work around.

I am just going to mark this as 'RESOLVED WONTFIX' but if there is some background or you have testcase, which is still an issue, pease reopen this bug with testcase. Thanks!
