Hi Team,

Going through Blink's commit, I came across another commit, which we should explore.

Test Case - https://jsfiddle.net/b9wryp6q/show

^ Safari 16.2 failing a lot of tests, while Chrome Canary 111 passes all and Firefox Nightly 110 only fail two.

Just wanted to raise this bug so we can get this fixed.
