Original raster and SVG using the raster

Raster images used inside of SVG become blurry.

Reproducible on:
 * iOS (both Safari and Chrome):
   * 14.1
   * 16.0
 * MacOS Ventura 13.0.1:
   * Safari 16.1 (18614.2.9.1.12)
