Hi Team,

While going through Blink commits, I came across another failing test case only in Safari 16.2 & STP160:

^ Passes in Chrome Canary 111 and Firefox Nightly 110.

I think this can be merged 1-1 and can make our behavior consistent with others.

Just wanted to raise so can do it later.
