Safari Technology Preview 160 and Chrome Canary 110 are showing the caret at same position just above "bar" and next to horizontal line while in case of Firefox Nightly 110, it is showing at start of "bar", I think I have similar in Blink's commit, which I have in my Notes to track and merge. I will comment back if I manage to find it.

Meanwhile if Safari is behaving correctly, please tag this bug accordingly. Thanks!
