We still have this bool function - https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/blob/1f2a57c08aabcbecc87efc1284e3e25153bdd2c2/Source/WebCore/editing/FrameSelection.cpp#L1769

Is something required or this can be marked as "RESOLVED LATER" for future enhancement?
