I am able to reproduce this bug in Safari Technology Preview 160, where in the second one, if you press down arrow key, the caret go to end of link like text while not position like first contenteditable. Similarly, Chrome Canary 110 does not show caret at all when moving to link like text in second box.

Only Firefox Nightly 110 matches caret movement in both contenteditable. Just wanted to share updated testing result.
