I am not able to reproduce this bug in Safari 16.2 and STP 160 and it does not cause other input element to disappear. It matches with Chrome Canary 110 and Firefox Nightly 110.

Marking this as "RESOLVED WONTFIX" rather than "RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED" because it seems that it was not confirmed. NOTE - I used "bare-bone" reduction.
