Hi Team,

While going through Blink's commit, I came across another failing test case in Safari 16.1 & STP 159:

^ Outline will not move to green box like Chrome Canary 110 and Firefox Nightly 109.

Unfortunately I think it might be beyond my expertise to fix this so I will raise it for others to fix.
