So this is interesting. I was not able to reproduce at all. 
And suddenly I can reproduce but this time on Safari Release, and not on STP.
So the opposite. 

This page has a lot of CSP issues. 
and some connections seem to never end, such as monitoring gif of 311 octets taking ~68s to finish loading.
