I updated the test case and removed -webkit- prefix and still all browsers (Chrome Canary 107, Firefox Nightly 107 and Safari Technology Preview 152) showed "Red" above "Green" and match each other.

I think it is intended behavior. Hence, I am going to mark this as "RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED". If you think all browsers are wrong and it is something need to be fixed. Please reopen. Thanks!
