And that's what the `disablePictureInPicture` argument does: it breaks user's use of picture-in-picture mode.

Please take a look at the W3C's "priority of constituencies", and note when they say "authors", they're speaking of "page authors"/"developers": <https://www.w3.org/TR/html-design-principles/#priority-of-constituencies>

This is a conflict between users and developers, and we will give the users' experience more weight than developers' experience.
