Safari 15.6.1 and STP 151 matches Chrome but differs from Firefox

I am not sure on web-spec aligned behavior but Safari 15.6.1 and STP 151 matches with Chrome Canary 106 but differ from Firefox Nightly 105, please refer to attached screenshot. Just updating testing results. Thanks!
