The first failure I saw on the dashboard was on  8/17/2022 at 253522 at main with macOS Debug.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
I can reproduce this on 253523 at main but cannot reproduce it on 253520 at main or earlier.  I cannot isolate and repro down to the commit that introduced the change due to a lack of roots in the 253522 at main-253521@main range.  

Command: 
run-webkit-tests --debug --exit-after-n-failures 1 --exit-after-n-crashes-or-timeouts 1 --iterations 50 -f --no-retry imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/media-source/mediasource-changetype-play-negative.html

Result:
