I am able to reproduce this bug in Safari 15.6 on macOS 12.5 from attached JSFiddle, opening it and following extension, I don't get "onchange" event dialog and it navigates me to 404 error page, while in case of other browsers (Chrome Canary 106 and Firefox Nightly 105), I get 'onchange' event as soon as I switches to "Finder". Thanks!
