I am not able to find decent copy of this website on Wayback Archive near this bug report and it renders poorly across all browsers (Chrome Canary 106, Firefox Nightly 105 and Safari 15.6 on macOS 12.5). Since we don't have any reproducible test case to understand the issue to see whether it was server issue point in time around 2008 or what was the cause of this bug. I am going to mark this as "RESOLVED WONTFIX".

Please reopen, if you have any memory of why this issue happened or have any test case in archive. Thanks!
