No Apple Pay Window Shows, Tabs Freeze, Console Messages
This has been happening more and more for a while now along with another Apple Pay issue while on on the betas but usually just end up purchasing on my phone instead and forget to report.
First in Safari, for a long time, any site that has Apple Pay order button when clicking the native Apple Pay popup window pops up like normal, but spinning wheel near the bottom, and then a second later before you can actually place an order the Apple Pay window disappears. So never able to actual make an Apple Pay purchase in Safari. On latest macOS Ventura beta and latest Safari that comes with it 16.0 (18614.1.22.1.2). I think this was happening before Ventura as well though. Also noticed recently sites such as Feedly and others that normally keep me logged in require me to login again. Not sure if its every day or not but frequent.
So started using Safari Preview again. Apple Pay appears there's usually and without the Feedly/other apps requiring relogging in issue, but noticed recently in Safari Preview (and I think in regular Safari), when clicking an Apple Pay button, sometimes no Apple Pay window appears and instead the tab freezes (and all other tabs in that window), and no option to click anything, and can't close just that tab or anything so have to force quit Safari. When Apple Pay window normally appears it does freeze everything else (intended I assume) until you take action on the Window or click outside of it), but with this bug, there is no Apple Pay popup window (so user can't close out of it), but Safari I assume thinks there is a window being shown.
Here is what console says when that no Apple Pay window issue but all tabs frozen issue says:
Note. Note which component to select since ApplePay not an option, so feel free to reassign.
