I was able to bisect this issue to a regression range of 249233 at main(Timeout) - 249228 at main(Passing). There were no builds available to test on between these commits. However, 249232 at main seems like the most likely candidate to have caused a regression.

This was bisected by running 2 iterations with command:

run-api-tests --ios-simulator --debug TestWebKitAPI.WebKit.TextSize
