I think WPT is defecto standard for all these tests and these will be covered in WPT, if not, I think we can keep this bug open.

While in case of test cases, I looked into all attached to bug 13541 and noticed that this test case fail in Safari 15.6 on macOS 12.5 as well as in Chrome Canary 106.

I get following error in Console:

NotSupportedError: The operation is not supported.

If this isolated test case, need further investigation, let me know I am happy to create a new bug but meanwhile I am going to mark this as "RESOLVED WONTFIX". Thanks!
