I am able to reproduce this bug in Safari 15.6 on macOS 12.5 and it behaves like this:

H1 Size - 73 * 37 pixels (NOTE - Box Model does not show this, so it could be separate bug of Web Inspector not showing pixels etc. for broken HTML without end tag)

H1 Size - 146 * 74 px

H1 Size - 292 * 147 px

H1 Size - 583 * 294 px

H1 Size - 1166 * 589 px

H1 Size - 2332 * 1178 px

H1 Size - 4664 * 2355 px

H1 Size - 9328 * 4710 px

In above, Firefox seems to change the heading of last three into same sizes. I am not sure whether it is aligned with web-spec but just wanted to share updated testing results. Thanks!
