w3c example with aria-modal and headings rotor beahviour

Example from W3C with aria-modal="true" element hidden on page load (display:none CSS), made visible while interacting with button. Rotor is still displaying the entire list of page headings, instead of showing only ones contained in aria-modal="true" element.
