Hello.
I am suffering from the same problem.

This problem occurs on iPhone 11 iOS15.4.
It does not occur all the time, but once it occurs, it occurs more frequently after that.

After some investigation, I found that the data size returned by MediaRecorder's ondataavailable event is 0.

I used the sample code given in #1.
