Just a +1 from me for proxy support in WKWebView. 

We use WkWebView to display contents and like to offer censorship circumvention to our users. Currently, we look into all kinds of kinky ways to reroute network traffic through the proxy integrated in our app.

Clean support for proxies in WkWebView would be so much simpler and more robust.
