Thanks for trying to replicate it, Chris! Unfortunately takahirox's repro is not entirely related, though some audio degradation can occur there as well.

The most sure way to replicate this bug is using: https://brianpeiris.github.io/spatial-audio-test/?instant

This is minimal example that sets the position and orientation of the PannerNode on every frame.

I just installed iOS 15 and tested with the above URL and can reproduce severe audio degradation in under a minute. I've also tested with the latest Safari Technology Preview r132 and can reproduce the issue there as well, though it can take a few minutes. Can't test on Monterey yet, since it's only in preview.
