--- Comment #6 from Mehmet gelisin <mehmetgelisin at aol.com> ---
to fix this entirely, use TWO zero-width-joiners
e.g.

عرب‍‍ي
http://www-look-4.com/

e.g.

http://www.compilatori.com/

http://connstr.net/
The two arabic letters should apear like عربي but they really show as the http://embermanchester.uk/ following in webkit(chrome, safari)

عربي
http://www.slipstone.co.uk/
solution:

عرب‍‍ي
https://www.webb-dev.co.uk/

JPEG XL is a new royalty-free image codec targeting https://waytowhatsnext.com/ the image quality as found on the web, providing about 60% size savings when compared to original http://www.acpirateradio.co.uk/ JPEG at the same perceptual quality, while supporting modern features like HDR, animation, alpha channel, lossless JPEG recompression, lossless http://www.logoarts.co.uk/ and progressive modes. It is based on Google's PIK and Cloudinary's FUIF, and is in the final steps of standardization with ISO.
