Small example to reproduce the issue

Using this example I can reproduce the issue on:
1) MacBook Air (M1, 2020), MacOS Monterey 12.0 Beta (21A5534d), Safari Version 15.1 (17612.2.6.1.1)
2) Iphone 12, IOS 15.0.1
3) Mac mini (2018), Big Sur 11.6, Safari Version 15.0 (16612.1.29.41.4, 16612)


I was not able to reproduce this issue on:
1) MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013), Big Sur 11.5, Safari Version 14.1.2 (16611.3.10.1.3)
