We were able to reproduce the issue on:
- MacBooks 2015 and older with Safari 15 
- iPad Air 2 with Safari 15

1. Initiate 2p2 call
2. Check the video from the remote peer

Actual result: No video from the remote peer (peer connection stats show frames received)

Issue is not reproducible on Version 14.1.2 (16611.3.10.1.3)
