Ok, is there anyone at Apple with VideoToolbox expertise that we could loop in?

I will add that to my Feedback Assistant issues. In my opinion, I think this issue is extremely widespread (VideoToolbox decoding performance is affected across the board, particularly at high resolutions + high fps). There is no workaround that I am aware of. Let me know if there's anything else you think I can do to get this in front of the right team / person. Thanks.
