EDIT:
Actually, not evolution, nor evolution-data-server, nor libfm, (my search string was not long enough); I guess librsvg only defines a rust wrapper but doesn't use it (might be wrong, my rust knowledge is small); and libdazzle seems to reference it only in tests.
