# Steps:
 1. Alice starts a webex meeting from webex web app in Safar 15.0 on MAC OS 11.6
 2. Bob Join the meeting from webex web app in Chrome on windows 10
 3. All are enable VOIP.
 4. Alice mute her audio.
 5. Bob use "VB-Audio Virtual Cable"(https://vb-audio.com/Cable/) to play a mp4 that is a talk video.

# Expect Result:

Alice should be able to hear audio clearly in Safari 15

In the same MAC, Alice can hear the audio clearly without noise if she use Chrome to join the meeting
