Video Showing the Behavior

I found a hairy bug wherein the address bar trims URLs to 4096 characters. The browser still requests the larger URL, thankfully, but editing that URL in the address bar trims subsequent requests. I'm not sure if this belongs in Webkit so let me know if I should send this as a Safari Radar.
