In post-commit AppleWin Build bot, it doesn't have ntsd.exe

In AppleWin EWS bot, even though it has ntsd.exe, it fails to get crash logs.

FWIW, run-webkit-tests successfully collects crash logs for AppleWin port with Cygwin Python on my Windows PC.
