When H264 video codec picked as preferred for WebRTC MediaStreamTrack.enabled = false causing crash in Safari 15

How to reproduce?

1) Open https://appr.tc/?vrc=H264&vscH264= in Safari
2) Join the same link from another browser
3) Try to disable camera in Safari
4) Page will reload instead of just disabling camera
