Note: if you just comment out line 41 within https://jsfiddle.net/ericamram/afhzbcu2/48/ 

  // createConnection(dest.stream, audioElem);

your voice (from getUserMedia) will sound perfect, which shows that it's the combo WebAudio + WebRTC that generates stuttering.
