fast/images/async-image-background-change.html

is a flakey timeout in macOS BigSur wk2 in release and debug for Apple Silicon only.

As it turns out, the link for the timeout diff results in a 404 error. When looking at the history, it appears that the test is very flakey, and has only timed out on Apple Silicon only 3 or 4 times.
