Note that the APG link has changed to: https://w3c.github.io/aria-practices/examples/menubar/menubar-navigation.html and there doesn't seem to be a Research menu item any more.

However, if I focus the About menu item (i.e. tab to the menubar, arrow to About, shift+tab then tab to focus About directly), then VO says:

About, collapsed, menu item menubar Mythical University 4 items

which I think is ok?

(I don't think the "has popup" is necessary, because that is conveyed by the "collapsed").

So, Paul, can this bug be closed?
