While it probably isn't useful to have the complete WebFeatures / Experimental Features interface for Windows WebKitLegacy, it would be useful for DRT to at least have the ability to enable all experimental features, equivalent to WKPreferencesEnableAllExperimentalFeatures in WebKit.
