Video Reproduction of issue

Elements with css property -webkit-backdrop-filter using the saturate method cause the entire ui to break if near the edge of the browser window and leak outside the browser window 

example of the property causing it "-webkit-backdrop-filter: saturate(80%)"

A minimal reproduction has been created and added to URL and can also be seen in the attached video

Tagged severity as critical as the issue doesn't only affect the website but also the entire os and system of the user causing visual artefacts
