iOS Version 14.6:

I am able to reproduce the issue doing the following steps:

1. Save a couple times to IDB
2. Close the app (Return to home screen)
3. Do something in another App
4. Swipe up to show open processes
5. Open your web app again
6. (Repeat the above steps)

I usually get the error to happen after a couple times doing the above steps.
