r280399 (240040 at main) recently added VerifyGitHubIntegrity build step. It is failing in buildbot (during testing on uat instance), e.g.: https://ews-build.webkit-uat.org/#/builders/35/builds/105012

We should fix it and also add unit-tests for this step.
